1. Conditions of listing as a DCLA Trustmark Jeweller

1. The DCLA Website helps consumers locate jewellers that provide DCLA certified and guaranteed diamonds. In applying to be listed as a DCLA Trustmark Jeweller, please verify below that you stock DCLA-certified diamonds.
2. DCLA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove your listing as a DCLA Trustmark Jeweller.

2. Rules of Trademark, Image, and Text Use

1. Once your application is accepted, the DCLA Trustmark may be used for your advertising materials, product brochures, store signage, displays, and any other such materials.*
2. The Trustmark may not be used in a manner which is misleading or deceptive or which would bring it into disrepute. In the event of any use of the Trustmark being considered unsuitable by DCLA, you must immediately terminate such use. You must provide full details of any use of the Trustmark upon request from DCLA.
3. DCLA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to withdraw its consent to your use of the Trustmark.
